COME NOW the Complainant, Robert Arthur Nicholas of Lancaster County, and Complains of the Respondent, William Paul Skinner of Burt County, and Pray the Court Grant the Complainant Judgement from the Personal Injury via Defamation of Character per Nebraska Revised Statue Chapter 25-839, 25-840, 25-840.01 and 25-840.02 in Washington County Small Claims Court for the sum of $3,000 USA TREASURY DOLLARS and 30 Troy Ounces of .999 Physical Silver.
