Is Any Bird Scripturally Sound to Consume?
“This is the Torah of the beasts and the birds and every living creature that moves in the waters, and of every creature that creeps on the Earth,
to make a distinction between the Unclean and the Clean, and between the living creature that is eaten and the living creature that is not eaten.”
Leviticus 11:46-47
HalleluYaH Scriptures
Personal Observation:
Torah when Proceeding out of the Mouth of the Most High Father our Maker, to me, means Instructions.
Torah when Proceeding out of the Mouth of the MessiYaH our Master, to me, means Teachings.
Torah when Proceeding out the Mouth of the Spirit our Deliverer, to me, means Confirmation.
Torah when compassionately spoken out of the mouth of man (or woman) that is following the MessiYaH in Spirit and in Truth, to me, means Testimony.
Torah uttered out of the mouth of man (or woman) that is following the Letter of the Law, to me, means Naught.
Cautionary Observation:
In the Torah Keeping Community there is much concern about what Christians should be eating or not eating. To my astonishment, many well-meaning, but misguided individuals are PUBLICLY commenting, correcting and even condemning Christians who are eating swine and shellfish. Those who do so, better be PERFECT in their personal diet “…as man does not live on bread alone…”
Biblical Fun Fact:
Neither Leviticus 11 or Deuteronomy 14 specifically declares which birds are clean by name. Very interesting indeed! As always, please do your own research.
