I have credible information, from multiple sources including Local Law Enforcement, Mental Health Officials, Corporate Security Firms, Cargill, Family Members, Former Colleagues, and the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission on EVONIK CORPORATION Blair Site Director Paul D. Caldwell’s Deceitful, Dastardly and Diabolical Smear Campaign done against Your Servant, Robert Arthur Nicholas of Sarpy County, NE.
Furthermore, I believe several other members of the EVONIK Blair Site “Leadership” Team Conspired with Site Director Caldwell’s Deceitful, Dastardly and Diabolical Smear Campaign—in Response to my Big Picture Cautionary Observations I was attempting to share with EVONIK Blair Site Director Paul D. Caldwell, EVONIK Blair Site Downstream Plant Manager Dan Morrison and eventually some of the Members of the EVONIK Blair COVID-19 Steering Committee, On or About 12/28/2021 at approximately 11:00 am Central Standard Time, during the Collective Bargaining Meeting–to cover up their own Gross Dereliction of Duty and/or Gross Negligence and/or Gross Misconduct.
Additionally, after the Collective Bargaining Meeting–On or About 12/28/2021 and 12/29/2021–I Publicly shared my Big Picture Cautionary Observations with my Beloved Former Colleagues, Non-Essentials, a few EVONIK Blair Site Employees in Leadership Positions and One Certain Member of Local Management with Specific Examples of Various Environment, Safety, Health and Quality Infractions that was Covered Up by Local Management; Specific Examples of the Lack of Competent Leadership displayed by Local Management; Specific Examples of Poor Communication from Local Management; and Specific Examples of no Accountability for Poor Performance of Local Management. I also Publicly shared with my Beloved Former Colleagues, Non-Essentials, a few EVONIK Blair Site Employees in Leadership Positions and One Certain Member of Local Management that I lost ALL Respect, Trust, and Confidence in the EVONIK Blair Site “Leadership” Team and I was suffering from Adverse Effects to my Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Well Being due to the Caustic EHS Culture.
Moreover, I believe–EVONIK Blair Site Fermentation Plant Manager Ryan Jensen [Criminal Malfeasance of a Corporate Officer and Breach of Fiduciary Duty]; EVONIK Blair Site QA Lab Manager Jeff Jacobson [Criminal Malfeasance of a Corporate Officer, Breach of Fiduciary Duty and Conflict of Interest]; EVONIK Blair Site Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator David McLean [Criminal Nonfeasance and Gross Incompetence]; and EVONIK Blair Site Environmental Health and Safety Specialist David “Estin” Field [Criminal Nonfeasance and Gross Incompetence]–were all Complicit with Director Caldwell’s Deceitful, Dastardly and Diabolical Smear Campaign done against Your Servant, Robert Arthur Nicholas of Sarpy County, NE.
