Skinny, it is my Opinion from–Personal Experience–you are a LIAR and a COWARD and the TRUTH in NOT in you. I Believe your Anti-Shemitic, Misogynistic and Racist Commentary, Half Truths and False Testimony to my Friends, Family and Former Colleagues have caused me Incalculable Reputational Harm. Most—if not all—of my Friends, Family and Former Colleagues thought (and many still believe) that I was either Drunk, Crazy or Demon Possessed. Most High Willing, I intend to Prove without a Shadow of Doubt that your Anti-Shemitic, Misogynistic and Racist Commentary, Half Truths and False Testimony to EVONIK (AKA Degussa) Corporation/Blair COVID-19 Steering Committee Site Director/Chairman Paul Caldwell to concoct a Fake, False and Fraudulent Fairy Tale about Your Servant Robert Arthur Nicholas of (at the Time) Sarpy County.
From my Personal Experience, Site Director/Chairman Paul Caldwell Maliciously Exploited your Private and Public Anti-Shemitic, Misogynistic and Racist Commentary, Half Truths and False Testimony–about Your Servant–in his Fake, False and Fraudulent Reports to Veramaris Aqua Oil (ZERO WASTE!!!) Product Line Director Norbert Steier, EVONIK (AKA Degussa) Corporation, Blair Site “Leadership” Team, Washington County Sheriff’s Department, and Cargill. As a result of Director/Chairman Paul Caldwell’s Fake, False and Fraudulent Report, EVONIK (AKA Degussa) Secretly, Surreptitiously and Summarily Terminated—Your Servant—on or about Wednesday, March 1, 2022—while I was in Sarpy County Jail.
- According to my Personal Complete Case File in NEB 2-22/23-10-53010-S, there is no evidence of Investigative Proceedings of your Groundless Allegations–of my Supposed Code of Conduct Violating Behavior—that was Fraudulently Reported–by the Blair COVID-19 Steering Committee–to EVONIK (AKA Degussa) Corporation.
