First Witness:

I was called to Robert’s ex-wife’s residence earlier today as she was concerned for his safety. He lives in Blair, NE. Robert was on the phone with XXXX throughout our contact. Robert was rambling on and on about things that didn’t make sense and at one point stated that either him[sic] or his wife would die today and if that must happen [sic] then he would sacrifice himself. He traveled from Blair to the [sic] hisex-wife’s residence of XXXX XXXXXXXX XX. When we arrived he was in his driveway with a firearm in his hand—refusing to drop it. He continued making statements to us to include “just shoot me.”

On or About the Gregorian Calendar Date of 12-31-2021 at approximately 1615 Hours Military Time in the Alleged Central Time Zone. Location Bellevue Medical Center (AKA Nebraska Medicine Bellevue) In or Around the Purported Territory of Bellevue Nebraska within the United States.

Second Witness:

Robert A. Nicholas is a 53 y.o. male who arrived by Bellevue fire presented to the emergency department for EPC [Emergency Protective Custody]. Pt brought in on epc [sic] for agitation. patient [sic] states that he is a whistle blower and found out that his company was trying to harm people and is not providing safe workplace [sic]. He notes being on a 40 day fast from alcohol as well as YouTube videos. He denies prior psychiatric issues past medical history states that he eats right and is healthy [sic]. Denies other drug use. States that he was so agitated because he was trying to pray and he kept getting interrupted. Additionally has shoulder pain which is chronic from when he was vaccinated for anthrax during his military service.

Per wife (separated for 2 years+) Pt has served overseas 2 tours, does have PTSD [Post Traumatic Stress Disorder]. States he has distrust of hospitals and MDs. States that last night called and stated that his employer has been trying to kill people with gas and has been agitated with covid and mandatory vaccination and employer was discussing a mandate. States that he cleaned out his locker and then called and “blew up”. Stated they tried to do a welfare check and pt evaded police and went to spouses [sic] house whom they have been separated for 2-3 years now. States that he continued to speak in Hebrew and she was trying to keep him calm but police became involved and situation escalated to pt being peperballed [sic] and EMS [Emergency Medical Services] was going to provide ketamine however pt was verbally deescalated and able to transport for psych eval.

Description: Robert Called me @ 11:39 am – he was out of it – yelling and not making sense—was saying me & my dog had to get out now – “they” were going to kill us. Robert has been suffering from PTSD [Post Traumatic Stress Disorder] – was in Iraq twice – he refuses to get help and left our home 2 years ago – I have been living there paying everything. He said one of us was going to be sacrificed in 6 hrs [sic] or the 6th hour. He said he was going to show up @ 3 “Yah willing” to lay hands on me & pray so that if it’s me that is sacrificed, I will go to heaven. He had already had a welfare check called in from Evonik [aka Degussa] & Blair Ne [Washington County Sheriff’s Office] as he was suspended w/out pay that morning. Washington County [Sheriff’s Office] called me & said I need to leave, that as they did another welfare check – he fled and drove towards Douglas Cty [Sic]. He got to my house @ 3 pm, a Bellevue Officer showed and he took a gun out – proceeded to have a stand off w/Bellevue Police, SWAT, surrounding agencies for 45 min. RN #21039472 He was in my front yard – driveway – broke glass all over and was completely irrational screaming and yelling w/ a gun. Had my neighborhood on lockdown & neighbors scared. We have a history of him being physically abusive, he has choked, slapped, & hit me. I am petrified – he owns guns and isn’t stable – a danger to himself & others. 2 yrs ago when he moved out he held me down & spat in my face repeatedly in the name of Yahweh. The only reason why we are still legally married is because I can’t afford an atty or divorce. please [sic] help. We been apart 2 yrs – he has no reason to be @ my home.
