What is for certain, the Nebraska Department of Revenue Willfully and Recklessly Violated my Creator Bestowed Rights,² Trampled Upon a Sarpy County District Court Order,³ and Brought to Naught Article VIII of the Nebraska Taxpayer Bill of Rights (Italicized Text).⁴

• Nebraska taxpayers have the right to have all other collection efforts exhausted before seizure or levy of their assets takes place.
  • There is no evidence that Nebraska Department of Revenue attempted to inform Former Taxpayer ROBERT NICHOLAS of any collections efforts as any purportedly sent mail went to an out-of-date address. [Enclosure A] [Enclosure B1] [Enclosure B2] [Enclosure B3]
  • No phone calls or emails were sent even though the Revenue Manager (and Current Director of Compliance) had a current email address and phone number since On or About the Gregorian Calendar Date of 02/14/2023. [Enclosure G] [Enclosure H]

• Before levying taxpayers’ assets, the Department will take procedural steps to assure that taxpayers are treated consistently and fairly.
  • There is no evidence that Nebraska Department of Revenue has taken any procedural steps to assure Former Taxpayer ROBERT NICHOLAS was treated consistently and fairly. The Revocation of Election Notice Document (with an updated address) sent TO Tax Commissioner of Nebraska On or About the Gregorian Calendar Date of 04/13/2024 via Registered Mail #RR 303 764 734 US remains unanswered. • The taxpayers’ financial conditions will be taken into consideration.
  •  There is no evidence that Nebraska Department of Revenue has taken any procedural steps to assure Former Taxpayer ROBERT NICHOLAS’ financial conditions were taken into consideration. The Revocation of Election Notice Document sent TO Tax Commissioner of Nebraska On or About the Gregorian Calendar Date of 04/13/2024 via Registered Mail #RR 303 764 734 US remains unanswered.   • Response TO ENFORCEMENT OF LIEN NOTICE-A Social Media Friendly Redacted Courtesy Copy PDF File sent TO the email addresses of the Tax Commissioner, Deputy Tax Commissioner, Director of Compliance, and Contact Person via Gmail Confidential Mode On or About the Gregorian Date of 04/04/2025 remains unanswered. [Enclosure I]
• Nebraska taxpayers have the right to be informed in writing of any collection action that may be taken. Taxpayers have the right to written notification from the Department at least ten days before the filing of liens, except in the case of jeopardy circumstances. The notice will state the legal authority of the Department to file liens, indicate the earliest date on which the liens may be filed, and state the remedies available to taxpayers to prevent the filing of liens.
  • There is no evidence that Nebraska Department of Revenue informed Former Taxpayer ROBERT NICHOLAS of any collection activities in writing, neither via emails, nor with phone calls. Furthermore, all the remedies available are with the assumption that the tax debt is valid.

• Taxpayers have a right to demonstrate that the filing of liens would be in error. This should be done within ten days from the postmark date of the letter notifying taxpayers that liens will be filed. If, after filing liens, the Department determines that its actions were in error, it will mail lien terminations within seven working days to the taxpayers and filing offices recording the liens. The lien terminations will contain a statement that the lien was filed in error. If the erroneous lien is obstructing a lawful transaction, such as a transfer of property, the Department will immediately issue a lien termination to the appropriate parties. A copy of the lien termination and letter explaining the error will be mailed to the major credit reporting companies.
  • There is no evidence that Nebraska Department of Revenue sent Former Taxpayer ROBERT NICHOLAS Notice of Levy 22503401 prior, during, or after the Levy was filed. The only information received was from Lincoln Federal Savings Bank of Lincoln via email On or About the Gregorian Calendar Date of 04/09/2025. [Enclosure J]

To Summarize: I Robert Arthur Nicholas From Beyond America AKA AmaruKa has naught to do with any Tax Debt of any amount that ROBERT NICHOLAS is alleged to owe as Effective On or About the Gregorian Calendar Date of 01/01/2023:

1. ROBERT NICHOLAS is not a ‘voluntary compliant taxpayer’ and revokes any ‘Previous Election Contract.’
2. ROBERT NICHOLAS is not a ‘person’ holding ‘Public Office.’
3. ROBERT NICHOLAS is not a ‘resident’ of the ‘District of Columbia’ nor the ‘State of Nebraska.’
4. ROBERT NICHOLAS is not part of a ‘trade or business’ nor subject to ‘Withholding.’

In Closing, the Nebraska Department of Revenue was in Error sending the Notice of Levy 22503401 (Tax Period 2022) for the amount of $11,812.03 to LINCOLN FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF LINCOLN as the alleged balance purportedly owed was paid from the Involuntary Withholding of $12,750.00 from the Non-taxable Gross Payment of $255,000.00 On or About the Gregorian Calendar Date of 03/17/2023. As a Purposed Equitable Remedy for this Oversight, I Strongly Recommend the Nebraska Department of Revenue Consider the following within Seven Days of Receipt of this Response TO Notice of Levy 22503401 Epistle:

1. Issuing a Lien Termination Notice for Levy 22503401 to all appropriate parties.
2. Issue an Official Receipt of Payment for the Nebraska Individual Income Tax (2022 Tax Period) balance of $11,812.03 purportedly owed by Former State of Nebraska Taxpayer ROBERT NICHOLAS and Publish for Public Record.
3. Return via EFT to LINCOLN FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF LINCOLN the Involuntary $369.88 Payment Attached On or About the Gregorian Calendar Date of 04/09/2025.
