Is Chicken Scripturally Sound to Consume?

“Yerushalayim, Yerushalayim (AKA Jerusalem) killing the nebi’im (prophets) and stoning those who are sent to her! How often I (the MessiYaH) wanted to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her chickens under her wings, but you would not!”
Matthew 23:37
HalleluYaH Scriptures

The MessiYaH Righteously Rebuking the Scribes and Pharisees.

For the complex word chickens, I conducted a brief word comparison of the seven physical Bible Versions I possess in order of publication:

-Matthew’s Bible (1537):
Chyckes
Geneva Bible (1560):
Chickens
KJV (1611):
Chickens
KJV (1996):
Chickens
HalleluYaH Scriptures (2015):
Chickens
ISR Scriptures (2018):
Chickens
eth CEPHER (2020):
Chickens

I also conducted an Etymological, Historical and Scriptural Examination of the word chickens.

Chicken [ME chiken fr OE cicen young chicken; akin to OE cocc cock] (14c:)
The common domestic fowl (Gallus gallus) esp when young; any of various birds or their young

Chicken Nesting, brooding bird. Both tame and wild chickens were known in Bible times. (Mt 23:37; Lk 13:34)

For Chicken see Brood
Nossia–G3702 primarily, “a nest,” denotes “a brood,”
(Lk 13:34).

G5556 voooiov nossia- nos-see-ah- -from G3502 youngling (nestling)–brood (of chickens)

G5556 Voooiov- a brood of birds

Personal Speculation:
With help from the Fallen Ones, Jungle Fowl was Genetically Modified into hybrid birds for use by Sun Worshipping Pagans in Ancient Asia primarily for the blood sport of cock fighting and secondarily for animal sacrifice. Never for food, however. Chickens were not used for food until the Ancient Greeks started to eat them.

Epilogue: It is my belief when the MessiYaH spoke in so called Ancient Hebrew (or possibly Ancient Aramaic), a more accurate and precise translation would be “…the way a hen gathers her nestlings under her wings…”

So, is Chicken Scripturally Sound to Consume for those wanting to follow Torah in Spirit and in Truth? Chicken is not mentioned as Clean or Unclean in Leviticus 11 or Deuteronomy 14. The Letter of the Law is silent. The Spirit of the Law is Loud and Clear.
