My final shift exchange is canceled. Please tell Judge Dundee I did NOT resign. I no longer feel comfortable working at the STALAG, Plain-29 Site and WILL file a official report to OSHA tomorrow morning. If Judge Dundee or any other members of the “Leadership” Team of STALAG, Plain-29 Site attempts to contact me via email, phone calls or texts, I will consider it harassment and duly note the behavior. On or About 12/31/2021 at approximately 12:30 AM Your Servant was at Rally Point Charlie having Drinks (I just had Lemon Infused Water) with Manly “Walking One” Walters of Washington County and Helm “Homes” Hollow of Washington County. Regrettably, Flad “Plow” Wright of Douglas County was Unavailable. I told both ALL my Big Picture Concerns. It was Greater than my Air Quality Concerns in the GFY Building and the Site Director’s False Report. We Read and Reviewed the Preliminary Report Packets they were Appointed to Hand Deliver to the Essential Workers of B and C Crew. We Discussed the Deeper Spiritual Meanings of my Pictorial Essay. We Analyzed the Specific Wording of my Final Shift Exchange Text. I Showed them my Photograph of the Ernest Email. I Reminded them both of the Phase 2 (Fabricated) Operation and their Specific Tasks (Fictitious). I Cautioned them to remain Leary of The Certain Tech as he was a Stooge for Local Management. I also Encouraged them to be Openly Supportive for Unsung Heroines A Concerned Chemist, Magnolia “Lil Bit” Short, and “Lajoya Smithas Local Management would Probably Pressure the three Brave Women to Resign. Both Homes and Walking One Admonished me not to Trust “Lajoya Smith.” Ultimately, their Mistrust ofLajoya Smithwas Prophetic! I Foolishly ThoughtLajoya Smithwas a Friend. On or About 12/31/2021 at approximately 02:30 AM Your Servant returned to Joshua and Intended to Downshift to Low Power State until approximately 06:00 AM to meet Santee “Mud Hole” Macy at the Whole Bills Supermarket Parking Lot to Hand Deliver the Preliminary Report Packets Appointed for the Essential Workers of A Crew at approximately 06:30 AM.

On or About 12/31/2021 at approximately 02:42 AM An Aggrieved Agent Provocateur sent Your Servant a Photograph of the Empty Cabinet Above the Breakroom Fridge. An Aggrieved Agent Provocateur also sent Your Servant an accompanying text asking the rhetorical question: Does this Picture belong in the group? [Exhibit K]

Your Servant quickly Determined that An Aggrieved Agent Provocateur would be useful for Psychological Operations to Disturb, Distract, and Divert the STALAG, Plain-29 Site “Leadership” Team–whom I had NO Doubt was monitoring our conversation–to Overreact in Covering Up the Air Quality Issues in the GFY Building. The Actual Target–which I kept pointing out, but everyone including Local Management, my Fellow Servants, and A Certain Tech missed–was my Belief the STALAG, Plain-29 COVID-19 Site Steering Committee DBA STALAG, Plain-29 Site “Leadership” Team was guilty of Unfair Labor Practices by denying Essential Workers the Right to Organize and to Collectively Bargain. Consequently, An Aggrieved Agent Provocateur and Your Servant exchanged Disinformation and Misinformation via numerous Text Messages and Phone Calls intermittently over the next 12 Hours. Your Servant’s biggest Wolf Ticket sold to An Aggrieved Agent Provocateur: 

Research Big Business Partner Inc; A Joint Venture, LLC; and Biggest Customer Conglomerate as I will send Video Cautionary Observations–Open Letter Style–of the GFY Building via YouTube, Reddit, and LinkedIn to the Respective Corporations Board of Directors and Major Shareholders. That was the Phase Two (Fabricated) Operation; Specific Task (Fictitious) that was Issued, to A Certain Tech, a few Hours prior during our Face-to-Face Conversation at The 5th Floor Threshing Place. An Aggrieved Agent Provocateur’s biggest Whoppers Verbalized to Your Servant:

That Judge Dundee the Downstream Plant Manager did not speak to A Certain Tech; was not present at Shift Exchange; was possibly Suspended. The Former was preposterous as A Certain Tech probably called Judge Dundee the Downstream Plant Manager shortly after the Ernest Email was sent. The Middle was plausible as Shift Exchange was probably cancelled as Local Management was in Crisis Mitigation Mode and Reacting to Phantom Red Flags. The Latter did not make sense as Judge Dundee the Downstream Plant Manager was powerless to do anything due the Micromanaging and his Suspension had no Strategic Value or Tactical Benefit for Local Management. On or About 12/31/2021 at approximately 06:30 AM Your Servant met “Mud Hole” in the Whole Bills Parking Lot. I Hand Delivered “Mud Hole” the Preliminary Report Packets Appointed for the Essential Workers on A Crew. I Updated “Mud Hole” about the Sanctioned Fund Raiser, my Awareness Campaign of the STALAG, Plain-29 COVID-19 Site Steering Committee, and the Site Director’s False Report about the Air Quality Concerns in the GFY Building. I did not discuss my Big Picture Concerns with “Mud Hole” as I erroneously thought, I would speak to him “…after y’all’s three-day work weekend was over with.” [Appendix A] {Closing Monologue}

On or About 12/31/2021 at approximately 07:35 AM Your Servant was in the Parking Lot of the Washbasin Laundromat when a (251) xxx-xxxx called. I knew that 251 was the area code to Port City, Thicket-Clearers, and assumed it was OFLAG 17, LLC HR or Corporate Security. To my Dismay, it was Smalls Cole Stream the Site Director. I Gently Reminded Smalls Cole Stream the Site Director of my no contact policy via Email, Phone Calls, and Texts and Strongly Encouraged him to Cease and Desist any further Unauthorized Contact. Regrettably, at approximately 07:38 AM Smalls Cole Stream the Site Director continued the Harassment of Your Servant via the Following Text:

Your Servant immediately attempted to contact Local Law Enforcement via the non-emergency number. I wanted the Harassment Documented and to Present my Preliminary Report Packet as proof I Intended to Blow the Whistle. Regrettably, Plain-29  Police Department did not respond to my repeated calls to the non-emergency number. After approximately 30 minutes, I gave up the ghost and returned to Joshua. [Exhibit N]
