On or About 12/27/2021, in order to Annoy the Non-essentials; Anger the STALAG, Plain-29 Site “Leadership” Team; and Amuse the Essential Workers, Your Servant Victor “Vick” Peoples of San Diego County and “Lil Bit” wrote up an Allegorical Fundraiser Invite which Simultaneously and Symbolically Pointed my Forefinger into the Chest of the STALAG, Plain-29 COVID-19 Site Steering Committee and my Middle Finger to Face of OFLAG 17, LLC’s Fascist COVID-19 Countermeasures and Out of Order Code of Conduct. “Lil Bit” sent a Sitewide Email of our Allegorical Fundraiser Invite and Posted Copies throughout the Admin Building. Meanwhile, Your Servant personally Hand Delivered our Allegorical Fundraiser Invite to whom I thought (as I never did Receive an Accurate Roster) was on the STALAG, Plain-29 COVID-19 Site Steering Committee. In a hilarious turn of events, I Hand Delivered our Allegorical Fundraiser Invite to the Site Director as he was Reading the Signed Special Petition to the STALAG, Plain-29 COVID-19 Site Steering Committee that was Hand Delivered earlier by my Fellow Servant Walking One of Washington County. Your Servant incorrectly thought a Suspension would come by Close of Business. [Exhibit H and Exhibit F]
On or About 12/28/2021, to Your Servant’s Surprise, no Suspension via Text, Phone Call, or Email. Shockingly, my Scan Card worked at the Gate and the Door. I was still Prepared to be escorted Off Site at any time. Finally, at approximately 09:15 AM after sample rounds, the Downstream Plant Manager Invited “Lil Bit” and me to a Disciplinary Meeting with the Site Director at approximately 11:00 AM in the Executive Conference Room. I excitedly predicted a Write Up for “Lil Bit” and a Suspension for me. I had Visions of Extending my probable Two-Week Suspension to a One Year Unpaid Sabbatical. Once again, to my Surprise, no Suspension. To my Disgust, no Write Up for “Lil Bit.” To my Shock and Disappointment, the Allegorical Fundraiser was Authorized to Happen. I was Authorized to Address some of the “members” of the COVID-19 Site Steering Committee and “Lil Bit” sent out a Sanctioned Fundraiser Invite via Email. I replaced the Allegorical Fundraiser Invites with the Sanctioned Fundraiser Invites that were posted in the Admin Building. I also Hand Delivered Sanctioned Fundraiser Invites to those whom the Site Director stated was on the STALAG, Plain-29 COVID-19 Site Steering Committee. [Exhibit H and Exhibit I]
What the Site Director did not Comprehend, but I Discerned, and I Believe the Downstream Plant Manager Detected, is the entire Dynamics of the Disciplinary Meeting Changed the Moment the Site Director Filed his False Report regarding my Air Quality Concerns of the GFY Building during my Verbal Warnings. I made no further attempt to Train the Site Director in Leadership, Communication, and Compassion. The Site Director’s Credibility, Dependability, and Integrity had Evaporated when he Filed his False Report! So, I Immediately Transitioned into Collectively Bargaining on the Behalf of the Special Petition Signers. The Special Petition was the Written Warning of the Essential Worker’s Displeasure of the Performance of the STALAG, Plain-29 COVID-19 Site Steering Committee. On or About 12/29/2021, Your Servant Covered on C Crew to Raise Awareness of the STALAG, Plain-29 COVID-19 Site Steering Committee and to answer questions on WHY and HOW the Disciplinary Meeting Transitioned to a Collective Bargaining Meeting with the Site Director and Downstream Plant Manager. I left early to Purchase Food for the Fundraiser. Interestingly, a Prominent Non-essential, “Florence Brigid,” who took exception to the Allegorical Fundraiser Invite declined my Request of Splitting Food Costs. On or About 12/30/2021 Your Servant, Covered on C Crew to Raise Awareness of the STALAG, Plain-29 COVID-19 Site Steering Committee; Answered Questions on How the Collective Bargaining Meeting went with the Site Director; and Helped with the Fundraiser Food Prep. “Lil Bit” and “Hawkeye” did the bulk of the Food Prep and Serving during the Fundraiser. I said my goodbyes with my Fellow Servants on C Crew and Cleaned Out my Control Room Drawers and my Locker. On my way up to 9th Hour Offering, I invited Local Management Member—A Former Tech “Lajoya Smith” to “The 5th Floor Threshing Place” and told “Lajoya Smith” the Text of my Final Shift Exchange planned for the following morning. I told “Lajoya Smith” ALL my Concerns from a Big Picture Perspective–It was Greater than my Air Quality Concerns in the GFY Building and the Site Director’s False Report–and my Intentions to Blow the Whistle. I Warned “Lajoya Smith” that they (some of the other Members of the Plain-29 Site “Leadership” Team) would Pressure and possibly Persecute “Lajoya Smith” in the Aftermath. I Traveled to the UPS Store in Beautiful View of Flat Water to Print Off 50 Packets of my Preliminary Report that I was Appointed to Hand Deliver to the Essential Workers on all Four Crews. I also swung by my House and gave my Estranged Wife Salem a Heads Up about my Final Shift Exchange Text, and–as her Assurance Policy–I Hand Delivered Salem a Preliminary Report Packet with a Synopsis of my Concerns from a Big Picture Perspective–It was Greater than my Air Quality Concerns in the GFY Building and the Site Director’s False Report. I returned to Work after Shift Exchange and to my Surprise my Scan Card worked at the Gate and the Door. I Hand Delivered my Preliminary Report to the Plant Operators and Lab Personnel On Duty for D Crew. I spoke to A Certain Tech and The Concerned Chemist and Briefed them both on OSHA’s Whistleblower Protection Program. I took A Certain Tech to “The 5th Floor Threshing Place” and told him ALL my Concerns from a Big Picture Perspective–It was Greater than my Air Quality Concerns in the GFY Building and the Site Director’s False Report; my Text of my Final Shift Exchange; and Phase Two (Fabricated) of the Operation once the Plain-29 Site “Leadership” Team Removed me from the Scene to Push the Initiative. I also told A Certain Tech the Names of my Fellow Servants who were helping on Phase Two (Fabricated) Operation and what their Specific Tasks (Fictitious) were. I Believe A Certain Tech later “Blew the Whistle” to Local Management on the Phase Two (Fabricated) Operation and the Specific Tasks (Fictitious) “Issued” to my Fellow Servants. When we returned to the Control Room, I was reminded by another Downstream Tech—“Dandy Stills” a Noted Management Mole–who was Assigned to B Crew and By Happenstance was Covering on D Crew–that tomorrow was a Holiday for the Day Shifters, and it was unlikely that the Downstream Plant Manager would be present for Shift Exchange. I immediately Perceived [Speaking Metaphorically] “a Looming Ambush and Adjusted Fire.” I decided to write the Ernest Email [OFLAG 17, LLC Executive and Tilapia Oil Product Director Ernest Burton] with my Concerns of the Air Quality Issues in the GFY Building. A Certain Tech and The Concerned Chemist gave me their Written Statements of their Rudimentary Air Quality Tests they Conducted On or About September 05, 2020, and they also provided Format and Frequency Edits. I purposely did NOT mention any of my Concerns from a Big Picture Perspective. Only my Air Quality Concerns in the GFY Building and the Site Director’s False Report. After a Final Proofread by The Concerned Chemist and A Certain Tech, we Simultaneously hit ENTER. I immediately Framed a Photograph of the Ernest Email proving I sent it using a STALAG, Plain-29 Site Computer and OFLAG 17, LLC Email while I was still an Active Employee at STALAG, Plain-29 Site. I mindfully decided NOT to BCC anyone or print off any copies. I Warned both The Concerned Chemist and A Certain Tech that the Entire Weight of OFLAG 17, LLC Will Come Crashing Down On Them! I Returned their Written Statements, and I Strongly Recommended that The Concerned Chemist and A Certain Tech Consider getting Employment Law Attorneys. I Reminded A Certain Tech of his Phase Two Assignment (Fictitious) and if he could not handle it, then take UPTO (Unpaid Time Off) for the remainder of his Scheduled Shift as I guessed Local Management would be Pressuring and Persecuting within the Hour. {Soliloquy Dwelling Place} {Psalm 119:105-112}
I needed to get Off Site and Publicly Proclaim my Intention to go to OSHA before Local Management suspended me privately. I Projected I would have less than Eight Hours. I said my goodbyes and had to go through the Plant to get to my Locker as my Scan Card had already stopped working.
