I was a guest at your Holiday Inn Located In or Around 2500 Tamarin Ridge Road, Lincoln, Nebraska [68512]. My Confirmation Number is 48455703. I Checked In On or About 08/17/2024 (Gregorian Calendar) at approximately 1730 Hours Military Time in the Alleged Central Time Zone. I Checked Out On or About 08/21/2024 (Gregorian Calendar) at approximately 1300 Hours Military Time in the Alleged Central Time Zone. {Enclosure 1}
Background:
On or About 08/20/2024 (Gregorian Calendar) at approximately 1830 Hours Military Time in the Alleged Central Time Zone I went to the Lobby to Request a Late Check Out for the next Day. The Front Desk Agent [a Woman named Sahara (I Apologize if I Misspelled her Name)] assisted me by checking the computer for Availability of a Late Check Out for “How about approximately 01:00 pm tomorrow As Almighty Allows.”
Out of Nowhere Phone Guy whisked in and Demanded that Sahara “…Look Up a Phone Number…”
I Immediately Established Boundaries and Gently Suggested that Phone Guy “…Wait your Turn in the Queue.”
Phone Guy quickly Retorted that I had a Big Mouth and Gently Suggested that I should “…Kiss my Ass!!!”
I Continued to Establish Boundaries and Noted that Phone Guy was ALL ASS and although his ASS would be easy to Kiss, I Politely Declined and Stated that I “…was on a Seventy-Two Hour Water Fast due to my Keeping the Feast of Weeks.”
Phone Guy Quickly Determined that I was not going to Bow Down to his “Authority” and reverted to threatening me with Physical Violence if I did not “…Shut your F**cking Mouth!”
I Continued to Establish Boundaries and Strongly Recommended that Phone Guy “…then Shut Me Up Beloved One!!!”
Phone Guy Went Postal (pun intended) and Offered to give me a Special Delivery by Gently Suggesting “…let’s go outside so I can kick your ass!!!”
As a 50 Year Veteran of Selling Wolf Tickets I did a Quick Risk Assessment with Phone Guy and Discerned he was a Paper Tiger. As Caleb of Numbers 13 would say, “Let Us Take this Land At Once as We Certainly should be able to Overcome it!” So I Strongly Recommended to Phone Guy, “If you feel froggy, Beloved One, then Jump!”
Finally Front Desk Manager Came On the Scene and I Gently Suggested that she “…Call Security as I Am being threatened with Physical Violence!”
Front Desk Manager Quickly Rebuked me for my Loud Voice and Informed me “…I am the Security!”
Phone Guy Denied he threatened me with Physical Violence and Falsely Accused me of having “…a Bunch Weed in his Bag.”
I immediately Rebutted Phone Guy’s Slanderous Comments and turned to the Front Desk Manager who was more concerned with my Loud Voice than Phone Guy’s False Report. So I turned to Sahara (who was quiet since Phone Guy interrupted her) and she quickly mentioned that there was “…Availability for a Late Check Out at 1 pm tomorrow.” I immediately shared my Appreciation of Sahara’s Assistance and Bade Phone Guy “…a Great Evening Beloved One!” Phone Guy declined to comment, and Front Desk Manager looked at me sharply, so I went my way. {Proverbs 11:1}
On or About 08/21/2024 (Gregorian Calendar) at approximately 1030 Hours Military Time in the Alleged Central Time Zone–after being briefly Detained by the Lincoln Police Department at Bryan Urgent Care due to the False Report Filed by Adams Elementary School of my Supposed “Suspicious Activities” while doing my Morning Offering and Third Hour Offering at Folsom Park—I entered the Lobby and Spoke to the Front Desk Agent [a Woman named Alisha (I Apologize if I Misspelled her Name)] and inquired to the effect that if there was going to be an Investigation about last night’s incident and if so, whom should I speak to? Alisha admitted to the effect that there were no plans for an investigation, but the Video proves Phone Guy was in the wrong. I asked Alisha something to the effect for a Name, Title, and Email Address of the General Manger or Owner so I can give them my Version of the Incident while it was still fresh in my memory and to “Cover My Ass” in case Phone Guy “Calls The Cops.” Alisha quickly dismissed my concerns about Phone Guy calling the police as she Determined it was unlikely as he was in the wrong. As a Courtesy, I then Informed Alisha about the False Report Filed by Adams Elementary School and me being Briefly Detained and Questioned by the Lincoln Police Department. Furthermore, I shared with Alisha that I have been Racially Profiled by Phone Guy and Adams Elementary School. Alisha attempted to Rebut my Claims of being Racially Profiled and Lincoln being a Racist Town by telling me something to the effect she grew up in this Town and she has never witnessed Widespread Racism. I asked Alisha something to the effect if any of her experience growing up in this Racist Town was as a Black Man? Finally, Alisha Relented and gave me the Contact Information of “The Owner.” {Enclosure 2}
At approximately 1430 Hours Military Time, my Authorized Representative, Lead Investigative Reporter, Secondary Researcher, and Granddaughter Jah’Lexis Jackson Interviewed both Alisha and Another Front Desk Agent. After listening to the Recording, both Front Desk Agents said multiple Disparaging Remarks about me. When Jah’Lexis Jackson Rebutted the Derogatory Commentary, Another Front Desk Agent threatened to call the police. Jah’Lexis Jackson ended the Interview and left the Holiday Inn Lincoln Southwest. Cutting to the Chase:
In my 35 Years Experience in Sojourning in Resorts, Hotels, and Motels, this is the Worst I have ever been treated. Another one of your guests was Verbally Abusive to me, threatened me with Physical Violence, and Maliciously Claimed I was in Possession of Illicit Drugs. In addition, I believe Phone Guy’s Menacing Behavior towards me was Hurtful and Racist. Furthermore, I do not Appreciate the Breach of Fiduciary Duty inflicted on me when Front Desk Manager Refused to Call Security/Law Enforcement or Investigate my Concerns. The lack of Empathy the Front Desk Agents displayed with my Granddaughter was especially concerning. It is my Experience the Holiday Inn Lincoln Southwest is Out of Order, is Fostering a Hostile Work Environment in Hospitality, and has No Regard for my Physical, Mental, or Emotional Wholeness. {Ezekiel 18:1-9}
Proposed Remedy:
- Kindly Consider Conducting a Thorough and Transparent Investigation of the Incident and Lack of Follow Up and Share your Findings and Fixes, in Writing, with me. {Deuteronomy 25:13-16}
- Kindly Consider Having Full Time Security Present. {Ezekiel 3:16-21}
- Kindly Consider Sharing a Copy of any Video and Audio of the Incident to Officer Troy Aksamit of the Lincoln Police Department as I Am Considering making him aware of the Terroristic Threats Phone Guy inflicted on me. (Enclosure 3)
