Psalms 118 Call and Response
Call: Oh give Thanks to YaHUaH (Most High’s Name), for He is Good!
Response: Because His Kindness is Everlasting!
Call: Let YaHsharAL (Israel) now say,
Response: His Kindness is Everlasting!
Call: Let the House of Aharon (Aaron) now say,
Response: His Kindness is Everlasting!
Call: I Called on YaHUaH in Distress;
Response: YaHUaH Answered me in a Broad Place!
Call: YaHUaH is on my side;
Response: I do not fear what man does to me!
Call: YaHUaH is for me among those helping me;
Response: Therefore I look on those Hating me!
Call: It is better to take Refuge in YaHUaH,
Response: Than to trust in man!
Call: It is better to take Refuge in YaHUaH,
Response: Than to trust in princes!
Call: All the nations surrounded me,
Response: In the Name of YaHUaH I shall cut them off!
Call: They surrounded me, even they surrounded me;
Response: In the Name of YaHUaH shall I cut them off!
Call: They surrounded me like bees. They were extinguished like burning thorns;
Response: In the Name of YaHUaH I shall cut them off!
Call: Pushing, pushing me to fall;
Response: But YaHUaH Helped me!
Call: YaHUaH is my Strength and Song;
Response: And He has become my Deliverance!
Call: The Voice of Gladness and Deliverance, Is in the Tents of the Righteous;
Response: The Right Hand of YaHUaH is doing Mightily!
Call: The Right Hand of YaHUaH is Exalted!
Response: The Right Hand of YaHUaH is doing Mightily!
Call: Let me not Die but Live;
Response: And Declare the Works of YaHUaH!
Call: YaHUaH has Punished me severely,
Response: But did not give me over to Death!
Call: Open to me the Gates of Righteousness;
Response: I enter through them, I Thank YaHUaH!
Call: This is the Gate of YaHUaH,
Response: The Righteous enter through it!
Call: I Thank You, for You have Answered me;
Response: And have become my Deliverance!
Call: The Stone which the Builders Rejected,
Response: Has become the Chief Corner-Stone!
Call: This was from YaHUaH,
Response: It is Marvelous in our eyes!
Call: This is the Day YaHUaH has Made;
Response: Let us Exult and be Glad in it!
Call: I Plead, O YaHUaH, please Save;
Response: I Plead, O YaHUaH, please send Prosperity!
Call: Baruk Haba ba’Shem YaHUaH!!! (Exalted is He Who Comes in the Name of the Most High)
Response: We shall Barak you from the House of YaHUaH!!!
Call: YaHUaH is Aluah,
Response: And He Gave us Light!
Call: Bind the Festal Offering,
Response: With Cords to the Horns of the Altar!
Call: You are my Aluah (Mighty One);
Response: And I Praise You!
Call: You are my Aluahy’m (Almighty One),
Response: And I Exalt You!
Call: Give Thanks to YaHUaH, for He is Good;
Response: For His Kindness is Everlasting!
