One arrested after standoff with Bellevue Police

BELLEVUE, Neb. (WOWT)- A MAN was in custody Friday after a standoff with police in Bellevue. Police were called to a home near 17th and Yorktown streets late Friday afternoon to check in on a MAN who they said had a gun and refused to put it down. Omaha Police and the Sarpy County Sheriff’s Office were called in to assist with negotiations. Officials said that after about 45 minutes, the MAN gave up and was taken into custody. He is now at a local hospital being evaluated. Police said there were no injuries to report.

Shalum Beloved Ones. Your Servant, Victorious H. Peoples of San Diego County, California, was that MAN referred to in the above “News” Article. Of all the Disinformation, Misinformation and Propaganda Spun, the Biggest Woof Ticket Sold was the Last Line. During my Introductory Remarks–when I Rebuked the Out of Order Alpha Female Bot Lawless Enforcement Officers, Corrected the Tactically Incompetent Beta Male Bot Lawless Enforcement Officers and Reminded the Entire Neighborhood of my Creator Given Right to Freely Express myself–multiple Injuries were inflicted on the Local Lawless Enforcement Officers mindsets, egos and feelings. For 45 minutes I rejected their Authority, mocked their Competence and questioned their Courage by simply “Using My Words.” And NO Your Servant did not give up. I was taken down–after being hit with non-lethal shot gun shells to my back–while I was sitting down reading Deuteronomy 28 in the Front Yard of my House. Once the Mutiple Camcorder Videos “go viral” it will be a Sight to Behold. Most High Willing of course.
Victorious H. Peoples has been a Conspiracy Theorist since the Nixon Administration when Dot of Woodbine, New Jersey–assuredly she grew weary of my endless Questions–sent me to Head Start when I was about 4 years old. That was when I first was “taught” or “told” about the Metric System being Implemented Nationally by 1980, NASA “returning the Moon” by 1990 and a Second Ice Age by the Year 2000. In the Early to Mid 1970s I had ZERO understanding about Watergate, the Vietnam War and Gas Shortages; yet, I thought I was being lied to, but, I had no idea why.
Your Servant said nothing and took the wait and see approach most of the time when I thought I was being lied to during the Ford Administration and Early Carter Administration. It was during the Carter Administration when Dot–longsuffering from my endless Questions of what I was “taught” or “told” from School, the Crowd and Church–convinced Pops of Acme, West Virgina–to Purchase a set of Funk & Wagnalls Encyclopedia; a Standard Handbook of Synonyms, Antonyms, and Prepositions; a Rand McNally Atlas and a Telescope–and I was Forever Free to Research whatever I was Taught or Told for myself. It was also up to me to plainly and politely say, “I do not agree with (or believe) what I Am being taught (or told) and I accept the consequences of not agreeing with (or believing) you.” I always smiled, looked them in the eye and did not explain why I did not agree or believe what I was “taught” or “told” unless specifically asked. Those in Authority–who were Accountable–were Good with me not agreeing or believing them provided I could articulate my reasons constructively. Those in Authority–who were not Accountable–would accuse me of being disrespectful or disruptive or dumb and never bothered asking me what my reasons of not agreeing with (or believing) them were. Failed assignments, trips to the Principal’s Office and Phone Calls to Dot were a small price to pay in order for me to think critically and speak freely.
During the First Reagan Administration, I Boldly pointed out most of the so-called Founding Fathers–especially Thomas Jefferson–were Slave Owning, Devil Worshipping Hypocrites; the Declaration of Independence only applied to White Anglo-Saxon Protestant Male Property Owners and Merchants; and the Federal Reserve and Federal Income Taxes were Unconstitutional. Without exception, all my High School History and Social Science teachers Feared my Mouth. Even the ones who quietly agreed with me. I was Fearless with my Opinions and Careless with my Delivery. I quickly figured out those in Authority–who are not Accountable–did not want to Hear my Mouth. When I Am Careful with my Delivery, then I Am being “Uncooperative.” When I Am Bold with my Delivery, then I Am being “Aggressive.” When I Am Careless with my Delivery, then I Am being “Threatening.”
Starting in High School, I literally got in more trouble for what I supposedly said then anything I actually did. When I skipped school or got into fights, those issues were quickly and quietly dismissed–especially during Basketball Season. Trips to the Vice Principal’s Office–Rest in Power Dr Jones–Detentions and In-School Suspensions were the result of my Mouth. When I murmured to my Beloved Mother of the Unfairness of me being punished so harshly over my Words versus my Deeds, she quickly retorted, “Chile, instead of Speaking from your Heart, Write what you Think and say what you Wrote like you have sense OR shut your mouth!”
Your Servant started to Write Journals, Share Essays, and Send Letters. Although I did quietly comment on some Local Day to Day Topics, my focus was International Big Picture Issues. Apartheid in South Africa, Deforestation in Brazil and the Global US Dollar Death Penalty were my favorite topics to Write Journals, Share Essays and Send Letters about. Since the vast majority of my audience had NO connection with South Africa, Brazil or the Global US Dollar Death Penalty, no one Cared enough to be angered or offended by my Opinions. Even if they did not agree with me, they would simply shrug their shoulders and move on. No one ever Researched anything for themselves on International Big Picture Issues.
So, during the Second Reagan Administration I started Concerning myself with International Big Picture Issues and Disconnected myself from the Local Day to Day Topics. When I attempted to attend Peru State College the Fall of 1986 and Spring of 1987, I was either going to be a Civil Rights Attorney that would have initiated the US Constitution Amendment Process of Repealing the Fake 13th Amendment OR a Tax Attorney that would have initiated the US Constitution Amendment Process of Abolishing the False Internal Revenue Service and the Dismantling of the Fraudulent Federal Reserve…ALL BY MYSELF!!! Either way, I was going to Defend the Downtrodden whether the Downtrodden wanted Defending or NOT! Obviously, the Almighty had Better Plans for Victorious H. Peoples of San Diego, California.
Fast Forward to so-called December of 2021 and it was GMOs, High Fructose Corn Syrup and Glycol Phosphate that Vexed Your Servant’s Being to the Core. However, it was Out of Order Code of Conduct, Hostile Work Environment and the Toxic Fumes in the DSP Building that affected the Physical, Mental and Emotional Health of Victorious H. Peoples and more importantly my Beloved Former Colleagues. I find it incredibly interesting that what I Allegedly Said, [as Falsely Reported by those of Authority–who are not Accountable] overshadowed anything that I Actually Did.
