Noon- Middle of the day, specifically 12 o’clock.  Noon is frequently associated with death and destruction (Ps 91:6; Jer 15:8)

Noon is also associated with blessings and vindication (Ps 37:6; Isa 58:10).

Epilogue: It is my belief when Paul spoke in so called ancient Hebrew, a more accurate and precise translation is the 6th Hour.  When speaking ancient Greek, it would have been midday.
