On or about Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at approximately 2:56 PM, Investigator Johnson of the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission sent me the NEOC – Charge of discrimination – Pre-determination Settlement Email in which I was informed Evonik Corporation declined my Offer of Settlement and made no counteroffer.  I was also notified that my Case will be soon submitted for a determination.  After Seeking Legal Counsel, I have decided to Revoke my Personal Injury from Defamation of Character Peace Offering Letter dated 11/06/2023.  I sent you my Personal Injury from Defamation of Character Peace Offering Letter via Certified Mail (9589 0710 5270 1158 0505 79) with Return Receipt (9590 9402 8519 3186 4837 49) on or about Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at approximately 09:33 AM.  Assuredly, had I of known Evonik Corporation was not interested in Pre-Determination Settlement in my Whistle Blower Retaliation Complaint, I would not have written or sent, the Personal Injury from Defamation of Character Peace Offering Letter.  Moving Forward, I will Seek Redress from the individuals and entities that negligently and/or maliciously caused me Reputational Harm directly.

On or about 12/30/2021 beginning at approximately 11:00 PM, while in Joshua (my 5th Wheel Travel Trailer) Your Servant Robert Arthur Nicholas of Sarpy County sent the following Text Message to multiple Coworkers (both Essential and Non-Essential), some Friends and a few Family Members (including my Wife Red, my Daughters and my Sister):

My final shift exchange is canceled. Please tell Dan I did NOT resign. I no longer feel comfortable working at Blair Evonik AKA Degussa and WILL file a official report to OSHA tomorrow morning. If Dan or any other members of the “Leadership” Team of Blair Evonik AKA Degussa attempts to contact me via email, phone calls or texts, I will consider it harassment and duly note the behavior. Communication face-to-face or certified letter is acceptable. YaH willing of course.

On or about 12/31/2021 at approximately 02:42 AM An Aggrieved Agent Provocateur sent Your Servant a Photograph of the Empty Cabinet Above the Breakroom Fridge.  An Aggrieved Agent Provocateur also sent Your Servant an accompanying text asking the rhetorical question: Does this Picture belong in the group? 

Your Servant quickly Determined that An Aggrieved Agent Provocateur would be useful for Psychological Operations to Disturb, Distract and Divert the Blair Site “Leadership” Team–whom I had NO Doubt was monitoring our conversation–to Overreact in Covering Up the Air Quality Issues in the DSP Building. The Actual Target–which I kept pointing out, but everyone including Local Management, my Fellow Servants and the Certain Tech missed–was my Belief the Blair COVID-19 Steering Committee DBA Blair Site “Leadership” Team was guilty of Unfair Labor Practices by denying Essential Workers the Right to Organize and to Collectively Bargain.  Consequently, An Aggrieved Agent Provocateur and Your Servant exchanged Disinformation and Misinformation via numerous Text Messages and Phone Calls intermittently over the next 12 Hours. 

Your Servant’s biggest Wolf Ticket sold to An Aggrieved Agent Provocateur: 

Research DSM (Dutch State Mines), Veramaris and Dutch East India Company as I will send Video Cautionary Observations–Open Letter style–of the DSP Building via YouTube, Reddit and LinkedIn to the Respective Corporations Board of Directors and Major Shareholders.  That was the Specific Task (Fictitious) that was Issued, to the Certain Tech, a few Hours prior during our Conversation at The 5th Floor Threshing Place. 

An Aggrieved Agent Provocateur’s biggest Whopper Verbalized to Your Servant:

That the Downstream Plant Manager did not speak to the Certain Tech; was not present at Shift Exchange; was possibly Suspended.  The Former was preposterous as the Certain Tech probably called the Downstream Plant Manager shortly after the Norbert Email was sent.  The Middle was plausible as Shift Exchange was probably canceled as Local Management was in Crisis Mitigation Mode and Reacting to Phantom Red Flags.  The Latter did not make sense as the Downstream Plant Manager was powerless to do anything due the micromanaging and his suspension had no Strategic Value or Tactical Benefit for Local Management.

Meanwhile, Your Servant was at Rally Point Charlie having Drinks (I just had Lemon Infused Water) with Bravo Charlie and Alpha Whiskey. Regrettably, [Redacted] was Unavailable.  I told both ALL my Big Picture Concerns. We Read and Reviewed the Packets that they were going to hand out to B and C Crew.  We Discussed the Deeper Spiritual Meanings of my Pictorial Essay.  I Reminded them of their Specific Tasks (Fictitious) and Issued their Phase II Assignments (Actual).  The Meeting broke up at approximately 02:00 AM on or about 12/31/2021.

Your Servant returned to Joshua and went to Low Power State until approximately 06:00 AM to meet [Redacted] at the No Frills Parking Lot to give [Redacted] the Packets for A Crew at approximately 06:30 AM. I did not discuss my Big Picture Concerns with [Redacted] as I erroneously thought, I would speak to [Redated] “…after y’alls three-day work weekend was over with.”

At approximately 07:35 AM Your Servant was in the Parking Lot of the Washtub Laundromat when a (251) xxx-xxxx called.  I knew that 251 was the area code to Mobile, Alabama, and assumed it was Evonik AKA Degussa HR or Corporate Security.  To my dismay, it was the Site Director.  I Gently Reminded him of my no contact policy via email, phone calls and texts and Strongly Encouraged him to cease and desist any further unauthorized contact.  

Regrettably, at approximately 07:38 AM the Site Director continued the harassment of Your Servant via the following text:

You are suspended.  Do not attempt to enter the site.

Your Servant immediately attempted to contact local law enforcement via the non-emergency number.  I wanted the harassment documented and to Present my Preliminary Report Packet as proof I intended to Blow the Whistle.  Regrettably, Blair Police Department did not respond to my repeated calls to the non-emergency number.  After approximately 30 minutes, I gave up the ghost and returned to Joshua.

At approximately 08:56 AM Your Servant Duly Noted the Site Director’s Harassment via Text by Responding via Text:

Go F**k Yourself.

That concluded Your Servant’s Role of being an Agent for my Fellow Servants that were exposed to a Hostile Work Environment and/or Toxic Fumes in the DSP Building.
